Athena provided geotechnical and testing services for the replacement of two bridges over a heavily travelled portion of Interstate 24 in Chattanooga. A Construction Manager-General Contractor (CMGC) alternative delivery project, the project included the I-24 bridge over South Germantown Road and the Belvoir Avenue bridge over I-24.
