We’re hiring Geotechnical Drilling Technicians and we will train you.

If you’re dependable, willing to work hard, and want a career—not just a job—this is your opportunity. You’ll work outdoors, travel, and learn a skilled trade that supports real infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with drilling operations (soil borings, SPT, geoprobe work)

  • Help set up and break down equipment

  • Load, move, and maintain tools and materials

  • Collect and record field data

  • Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized

  • Support the drill crew with daily tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Willingness to learn—no experience required

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Mechanical skills are a bonus, not a must

  • Valid driver’s license

Job Requirements

  • 18+ years old

  • Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (up to 150 lbs occasionally)

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and terrain

  • Willing to travel and work extended hours as needed

  • Able to tow trailers (preferred, not required)

  • Basic math and communication skills

  • Pass background check, MVR, physical, and drug screen
